Since its inauguration in 2007, the Lone Star International Film Festival (November 9-13, Sundance Square) has celebrated the work of cinema’s emerging talents, while honoring the legacy of the trendsetters who paved the way. LSIFF continues this programming tradition by discovering emerging talent—a prime focus of the ongoing international cinematic dialogue in which festivals serve such a crucial role.
