||Plan B Gallery from Cluj-Napoca (and since recently from Berlin as well) participates for the third consecutive year to the Armory Show, America's leading fine art fair devoted to the most important art of the 20th and 21st centuries.
Among the artists presented are Adrian Ghenie, Navid Nuur, and Cristian Rusu. On this occasion, curator and gallerist Mihai Pop, and artist Cristian Rusu will participate to the event organized by RCINY on March 10: The History Simulator. Visual Arts after 1989.
Plan B is an artist-run space opened in September 2005 in Cluj, the main city of the Romanian province of Transylvania. Initiated by Mihai Pop and Adrian Ghenie, Plan B functions as a production space for contemporary art; at the same time it is a research center focusing on the Romanian art of the last 50 years, by revealing works of remarkable artists witho ut previous international exposure.
In September 2008 Plan B opened a permanent gallery in Berlin. The new 260 sqm exhibition space is located in a former 20th century industrial building.
